My Little Pony G1 'Paradise Estate' Play Set w/ Box; by HASBRO, 1986

This is a gorgeous, 98% completed 'PARADISE ESTATE', a HASBRO play set for 'My Little Pony' in 1986. It comes with the original box. The house pieces are in great shape; one roof piece has a slight pigment difference due to age, but none have any cracks/chips/stains. All accessories shown are included, including all flowers, furniture, canopy, canopy-skylights, heart-accents, windows, gates, and doors. 

Decals are all present, some have curled due to age; however, a printed-out set of all decals will be included. all you need to do is cut them out according to the instructions and stick on yourself. some people like the originals. 

The missing pieces from the original unboxing are:
- One yellow speaker
- pink comb
- one wine bottle
- both forks
- one knife

Until last month, this set had been on display in a non-smoking, pet-free environment.
